Meet Michelle
For more than 30 years, Michelle Blieberg helped leaders navigate change, build meaningful careers, and unlock their full potential. Today, she brings that same passion to women who are ready to pause, reflect, and intentionally create what comes next.
Whether you're facing a major life transition or simply feeling called toward something more, Michelle believes every ending is also the beginning of a beautiful new chapter.
Michelle's career began in the world of leadership and organizational development, where she spent more than three decades helping individuals and organizations navigate growth, uncertainty, and change. As the former Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management at WarnerMedia and the CHRO of Private Real Estate Companies, she coached executives, developed leaders, and guided organizations through periods of transformation.
Over the years, Michelle discovered that while careers evolve, the most meaningful reinvention happens on a deeply personal level. Beneath every promotion, career change, retirement, or life milestone is a woman quietly asking herself:
"Who am I becoming now?"
That question became the inspiration behind Reinvent Your Life, a retreat created to help women pause, reflect, reconnect with themselves, and step confidently into their next chapter.

Michelle's
Reinvention Journey
For Michelle, reinvention isn't simply something she encourages others to explore. It is something she continues to practice in her own life. Through travel, creativity, and the willingness to try something new, she continually discovers new ways to reflect, learn, and see the world differently.
Her creative explorations have taken her from Kintsugi and silk painting to pottery, handmade paper, and other hands-on experiences. Each one has offered a new perspective on creativity, imperfection, possibility, and the courage to begin something unfamiliar.
Explore Michelle's creative journey and discover how these experiences continue to shape the way she approaches reinvention with the women she works with.
Your Next Chapter Starts Here
Michelle created Reinvent Your Life from a belief shaped by decades of helping people navigate change: reinvention doesn't have to mean starting over. It can mean reconnecting with the parts of yourself that have been waiting for your attention.
Whether you're standing at a crossroads, beginning a new chapter, or simply feeling that something in your life is ready to change, Michelle invites you to pause, reflect, and explore what might be possible.
You don't need to know exactly what's next. You just need to be open to discovering it.
Ready to Reimagine What's Next?
What You’ll Discover Along the Way
Reinvention looks different for every woman. For some, it may mean finding clarity after years of putting others first. For others, it may mean exploring a new direction, rediscovering an old passion, or simply giving themselves permission to imagine something different.
Through Michelle's guidance and the supportive environment of Reinvent Your Life, you'll have the opportunity to listen to yourself and explore what this next chapter could look like.
You will not be alone as you move forward and try new things. You will be invited to follow up group sessions where participants update each other and cheer each other on with support and suggestions. Your new community is available to support you as well as optional coaching sessions with Michelle.
Clarity
Create space to step back from the demands of everyday life and reflect on where you are, what matters most to you, and what you want your next chapter to look and feel like.
New Possibilities
Give yourself permission to imagine beyond what you've always known. Explore new ideas, interests, dreams, and possibilities that may open the door to a different and more fulfilling next chapter.
Self Reflection
Reconnect with your values, interests, creativity, and the parts of yourself that may have been put on hold while caring for careers, families, relationships, and others.
Confidence
Move forward with greater clarity and trust in yourself. You don't need to have everything figured out—you simply need the confidence to take the next step and explore where it may lead.
